We help organizations develop their hybrid work model and distributed way of working
Hybrid work is here to stay. We have seen several positive effects such as increased perceived individual productivity, better balance between work and leisure and reduced number of climate-impacting travels. But we are also dealing with some challenges. It can be everything from empty offices to difficulties in achieving good collaborations or innovation, on-boarding of new employees or the feeling of belonging and community. In addition, managers feel to a greater extent than employees that remote work can be an obstacle. How do we then create the best conditions for a successful hybrid work?
Mindmove supports organizations in developing their Hybrid work model and Distributed Way of Working, creating a genuine and successful Employee Experience based on the interaction between people, places and technology.
